WATER AND FLOOD INGRESS RESTORATION
Water damage has so many sources that it is impossible to consider them all. Common sources include rising water tables from heavy rains, washing machines, dishwashers, backed-up sewers, faulty sprinkler systems, frozen pipes, leaking roofs. Each situation is unique and requires a different approach. Obviously a room full of raw sewage can not be cleaned in the same way as an overflowed bath full of clean drinking water.
       
Quick response is the key to successful water damage restoration as after 24 hours many items are no longer salvageable and may then require replacement. Water damaged properties provide a prime environment for the growth of mould. In order to prevent mould from growing it is imperative that a systemised drying system be initiated within a 24 – 48 hour period. Once a systemised drying system has been installed we will monitor and record the environmental conditions within your property (Relative Humidity, Temperature and Moisture Content) to ensure that it is drying at an appropriate speed. Once your property is dry we will issue you with a drying certificate so that any building or decorating work required may begin.
     
Atlas Restoration is an IICRC certified firm, we are trained in Flood and Water Damage restoration and Applied Structural Drying and have a large inventory of machines to extract or pump out the water, dehumidifiers and air movers to dry your property and professional products to restore your water damaged property to pre-incident condition.
     
Our Flood & Water Damage Restoration service requires several stages:
     
• We develop an accurate project cost estimate
• We determine a realistic completion schedule
• We commence work immediately upon authorisation
• We extract and or pump out water
• We remove damaged carpets, other floor coverings, skirting boards, plinths,
   damaged ceilings etc (if authorized to do so)
• We remove silt and other solid matter
• We Decontaminate and sanitise all affected surfaces using the appropriate
   professional products
• We check and monitor moisture levels in floors, sub floors, walls, ceilings
• We install drying equipment and monitor its effect
• We issue a certificate upon completion of drying
